ZVMS Industries LLC is committed to ensuring that our website, services, and communications are accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to technology services and information, and we work continuously to remove barriers and improve the accessibility of our digital presence.
1. Our Commitment
ZVMS Industries LLC ("ZVMS") is dedicated to providing an accessible digital experience that complies with applicable accessibility laws and standards. Our commitment to accessibility reflects our broader mission of providing White Glove service to all clients and visitors โ regardless of ability.
We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time project but an ongoing commitment. We regularly evaluate our website and services against accessibility standards and actively work to address gaps as they are identified.
ZVMS has implemented the Sienna Accessibility tool across all pages of our website to provide real-time accessibility features and adjustments for users with diverse needs.
2. Standards & Guidelines
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following standards and legal frameworks:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA โ Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We aim to meet or exceed Level AA conformance.
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) โ Title III of the ADA requires places of public accommodation, including websites, to be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act โ Federal standards for electronic and information technology accessibility.
- New Mexico Human Rights Act โ State protections prohibiting disability discrimination in places of public accommodation.
WCAG 2.1 success criteria are organized around four core principles โ Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR) โ and we use these as our guiding framework.
3. Measures We Have Taken
To support accessibility, ZVMS has implemented the following organizational and technical measures:
- Integrated the Sienna Accessibility widget across all website pages, providing users with real-time accessibility controls.
- Used semantic HTML5 elements throughout the site to support screen readers and assistive technology.
- Implemented ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) landmarks and labels on interactive components.
- Ensured all navigation elements are accessible via keyboard without requiring a mouse.
- Maintained color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimum requirements (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).
- Provided descriptive alt text for all meaningful images and SVG elements, including our logo.
- Ensured form fields have visible labels and helpful error messages.
- Designed for responsive accessibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Avoided using color alone to convey information.
- Ensured all content is accessible without relying solely on audio or visual cues.
4. Website Accessibility Features
Our website includes the following built-in accessibility features:
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements โ navigation, forms, buttons, and links โ are fully accessible via keyboard using Tab, Enter, Space, and arrow keys.
Screen Reader Support
Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and descriptive link text ensure compatibility with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
High Contrast
Our color scheme meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements. The Sienna widget provides additional contrast and color adjustment options.
Text Resizing
All text and interface elements scale properly when browser text size is increased up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
No Seizure Triggers
We do not use content that flashes more than three times per second, reducing risk for users with photosensitive epilepsy.
Focus Indicators
Visible focus indicators are present on all interactive elements so keyboard users can always see where they are on the page.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website is designed and tested for compatibility with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- NVDA (Windows)
- JAWS (Windows)
- VoiceOver (macOS / iOS)
- TalkBack (Android)

- Grayscale mode
- Highlight links and headings
- Text spacing adjustments

6. Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we acknowledge the following known limitations that we are actively working to address:
- Some embedded third-party content (maps, external forms, or partner portals) may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We are working with vendors to improve this.
- Older PDF documents in our resource library may not be fully accessible. We are in the process of remediating these files.
- Some complex data visualizations may have limited screen reader descriptions. We are adding enhanced text alternatives.
We aim to remediate known accessibility barriers within 30 days of identification for high-priority issues and within 90 days for lower-priority issues.
7. Accessibility of Our Technology Services
ZVMS is committed to ensuring that the technology solutions we deliver to clients are also designed with accessibility in mind.
- Web Development: All websites we build include ADA compliance as a standard deliverable. We follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and conduct automated and manual accessibility testing prior to launch.
- Application Development: Mobile and web applications we develop incorporate accessibility best practices, including proper use of platform accessibility APIs (ARIA for web, UIAccessibility for iOS, AccessibilityNodeInfo for Android).
- Telecom & IT: For telecom solutions, we work with vendors and platforms that support assistive technologies including screen-reader-compatible interfaces and TTY/TDD compatibility where applicable.
